RV Requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service for any rig based on age, appearance, and/or condition. Any unit more than 10 years old must have approval from management. All RVs must be self-contained, in good working order, and commercially manufactured. Window A/C or heat units, tents, pop-up trailers, horse RVs, and skirting are not permitted.

Pet Policies

Only one dog or cat per site is allowed. You must keep pets on a leash and watched at all times when outside. Please make sure to clean up after your pet. No dog run or kennels are allowed. Excessive barking is also not tolerated. We do not permit large dogs, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Dobermans.

Site Rules

You must use an O-ring or donut for hook up. Keep your site clean and free of litter at all times, including cigarette butts. A dumpster is 
available near the exit. Do not store items around or under the unit, bring household appliances outside, hang garments outside, wash automobiles on-site, or store boats. Open fires are prohibited, but barbeque pits are acceptable. Only operate generators during the daytime and for maintenance. You may store bicycles and other approved items at the rear of your unit.
Washing of RVs is allowed for monthly and yearly guests only. You are required to complete any RV or vehicle repairs within the same day. Vehicle registration and inspection must be current. No more than two vehicles in working order per site. The speed limit is 5 mph.

General Guidelines

You may consume alcohol beverages at your site only. Intoxication is not tolerated, and neither is serving drinks to anyone under the age of 21 on park premises. No illegal drugs or illegal substances of any kind on property. As a private property, we reserve the right to enforce or change rules and refuse admittance to anyone. The park owner assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or lawsuits. All guests must register at the office. A violation of the rules constitutes possible grounds for eviction with forfeiture of rent money.
